My bolete powder is supreme as the under sponge has been removed first from the mushroom, then dried and processed into powder/flakes. The colour is a beautiful light taupe. 100% bolete.

Perfect for those who cant have wheat. Gluten Free. Dust your favorite fish or meat for your favorite recipes. Most other bolete powders I have seen are dark in colour. Makes a brilliant mushroom soup.
